The Highdaway Cove started with a simple conviction: Eufaula deserves a place where the coffee is taken seriously and the cocktails are made with the same care. Not a chain. Not a compromise. Just a room full of people who care about what they pour.

We opened our doors in the heart of downtown Eufaula with a focus on craft, community, and the kind of hospitality that makes strangers feel like regulars. Every bean is sourced with intention.
